Recommendations made to Ministers and government and non-government agencies

In some inquests recommendations are made to Ministers and Government and non-government agencies. Where such recommendations are made to Ministers and Government agencies they are required to report to the Attorney General within six months of receiving a coronial recommendation, outlining any action to be taken to implement the recommendation.
